Smaller-scale and personal
The service is intentionally one-to-one and relationship-based, which can be a strong fit for participants who do better with consistency rather than a larger provider model.
For referrers
Rush Connect & Care offers a smaller-scale, sole trader model for participants who benefit from steady one-to-one support. It is built to be straightforward for support coordinators, plan managers, NDIS service providers and other service providers to assess: clear pricing, referral-ready documents, participant-led communication, and supports only taken on where fit, goals, and funding line up well.
RCC currently operates as an unregistered NDIS provider. Referrals are most suitable for self-managed and plan-managed participants where the participant’s funding arrangement allows an unregistered provider and the support need is within RCC’s service boundaries.
Referrals welcome
Rush Connect & Care is currently accepting referrals for person-centred support in Melbourne. We work with participants, families, support coordinators, recovery coaches, and plan managers to provide reliable, flexible support focused on independence, wellbeing, and meaningful outcomes.

Why this page exists
The service is intentionally one-to-one and relationship-based, which can be a strong fit for participants who do better with consistency rather than a larger provider model.
Key documents, pricing information, and editable referral materials are available online so due diligence stays practical and fast.
Referrals are accepted only where the support is appropriate, participant choice is respected, and communication stays transparent.
RCC is clear upfront about funding fit, service boundaries and when a registered provider may be required.
Support coordinator pathway
Support coordinators, plan managers, allied health referrers and service providers can use the dedicated support coordinator page to check location fit, pricing, referral details, documents and service boundaries before making an enquiry.
Referral fit
This page uses the official NDIS language of support coordinators and plan managers because that is the wording participants, providers, and Google are most likely to recognise, while still being useful for NDIS service providers and other service providers making referrals.
Who this page is for
Quickly check service fit, boundaries, pricing, resources, and the next step for participants who may benefit from steady one-to-one support.
Find transparent rates, insurance evidence, service documents, and practical information to help assess budget fit and payment readiness.
Useful for NDIS provider CEOs, team leaders, recovery coaches, community health workers, and local services exploring referral pathways or collaboration.
Trust signals
Supports are delivered with attention to participant choice, privacy, record keeping, safe practice, and clear boundaries.
Rates are set below current NDIA price limits, helping plan managers and families assess value and budget fit more easily.
LinkedIn, documents, and update posts all work together to show an active, transparent business presence rather than a placeholder website.
