Enquire about practical peer support or NDIS support

This form is for practical peer support, family or carer enquiries, referrals, and NDIS support. Rush Connect & Care is predominantly male-focused where that fit helps, but enquiries are welcome for participants of any gender. A few short details about the support needed are enough to start.

For NDIS enquiries, Rush Connect & Care provides practical one-to-one support across Melbourne, with a focus on the inner and northern suburbs. If you know the participant’s suburb, funding type, preferred support times, and main goals, include those details so fit and availability can be checked quickly.

Rush Connect & Care currently operates as an unregistered NDIS provider. If the enquiry is NDIS-related, please include whether the plan is self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed so funding fit can be checked before support is discussed further.

Support overview

Parents and carers

You do not need to have everything worked out before making contact.

A short message about what is going on is enough to get started.

Practical peer support

Support can focus on routine, community access, confidence, social connection, and steady follow-through.

NDIS support

NDIS support is treated separately from practical peer support and can be discussed when practical one-to-one support is the right fit for the plan, funding type and participant goals.
