How Rush Connect and Care stays aligned with NDIS updates
At Rush Connect and Care (RCC), quality and compliance are not one-time tasks. They are part of how we deliver safe, respectful, and person-centred support every day.
This update helps NDIS participants, families, plan managers, and support coordinators understand how a small Melbourne peer support service keeps quality, boundaries, and safe support practice visible.
The NDIS sector continues to evolve, with updates to quality expectations, safeguarding requirements, provider obligations, and best-practice guidance. RCC stays aligned by actively monitoring updates from the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and the NDIA, and by regularly reviewing our internal policies, procedures, and staff practices.
This matters because NDIS providers and workers are expected to deliver supports in line with the NDIS Code of Conduct, which promotes safe, ethical, and respectful services for people with disability. The NDIS Practice Standards also outline the quality standards expected of registered providers delivering supports and services to NDIS participants.
